Round Lake Winery-Frontenac Gris
▪️ This is a balanced crisp and sweet white wine that has citrus notes of mango and grapefruit. The slight sweetness of the Frontenac Gris helps tame the heat of spice in Asian and Indian dishes. Try with spicy feta cheese dip. Sweet.
St. Croix Vineyards
▪️ Itasca: This dry, white wine is straw in color, has aromas of pear, quince, melon, and has subtle honey and ginger notes in the finish. The Itasca grape is the most recent variety introduced by the University of Minnesota.
▪️ Marquette Rosé: This wine has a vibrant deep coral color with enticing aromas of lingonberry, pomegranate and raspberry, followed by a crisp acidity with just a hint of sweetness.

▪️ LaCresent: Made from the winter hardy Itasca grape that was developed by the University of Minnesota, this semi-dry white wine delivers delicious aromas and flavors of vibrant tropical fruit. Itasca pairs well with seafood, poultry, white meats and dishes with cream sauces.
▪️ Marquette Reserve: Made from the winter-hardy Marquette grape, this dry red wine exhibits black currant flavors and aromas integrated with notes of blackberries, pepper and plum. Excellent with beef, pasta or wild game.
