Believe it or not, we get that a lot. It’s pronounced MIN (like the state) + TAHOE (like the lake)
Do you offer food tastings?
Yes! We host tasting events throughout the year, giving booked couples the opportunity to experience our food in an event-style setting alongside other couples. Each tasting features a curated selection of hors d’oeuvres, entrées, sides, and other menu favorites, so you can sample a variety of options while getting a feel for our food and service.
Two spots are complimentary with your booking, and additional tasting spots may be purchased if you’d like to bring family, friends, or others involved in your planning. Private tastings may also be available for an additional fee.
Can you provide a full bar as well?
We certainly can! Mintahoe has a full liquor license to provide whatever you’d like. It’s also worth noting that some venues may have restrictions.
When do I need to finalize my menu and guest count?
Two weeks (14 days) prior to your event. We’ll touch base to remind you.
