Mintáhoe Catering & Events had the pleasure of welcoming over 600 guests to our recent October Open House at Nicollet Island Pavilion. The event showcased all eleven of Mintáhoe's divisions, providing attendees a firsthand look at why there is MORE to Mintáhoe than ever before!

Each of our catering divisions offered palate pleasing fare for our guests, and we were thrilled to debut two brand-new performance stations from Apples Catering:
• Skewers on the Rocks This sizzling stations features  skewers with house-made sauces cooked over hot rocks

• Noodle Bowls Fresh pastas with delicious sauces sautéed right before your eyes, then served up in a nice big bowl—just the right item to inspire warmth and coziness in the winter!  Download the Menu

While noshing, browsing and mingling guests enjoyed beer and wine sampling as well as the opportunity to sip the evening's signature cocktail—The Mintáhoe Melange, a flavorful libation with dry white wine, soda, fresh lemon and St. Germain liqueur, one of the hottest new products on the market made from 100% French elderflower blossoms.

Additionally, we were honored to have two industry experts with us that evening! Mike Roman, President of Catersource and John Baragona of Event Solutions were on hand to talk about trends, ideas and advice for those gearing up for or hosting events. Catersource and Event Solutions are sister companies to Mintáhoe, and we were delighted to have them join the event!

Of course we couldn't have pulled off the event alone—we were lucky to be joined by these amazing event partners:
