Mintahoe was lucky enough to be selected as the Dessert Sponsor at the 2015 Best of Minnesota Meetings + Events awards. Surrounded by hundreds of talented event professionals, we wanted to create a modern and magical presentation. With the vision of sales director Cindy Walker and VP of operations Keith Hanson, our culinary team designed hundreds of miniature desserts complete with a giant peacock-inspired tiered cake.
