Q: What is included with Mintáhoe’s menu pricing?
A: Caterers tend to charge very differently for catering and services. We like to keep it simple with menu pricing that includes your food, service staff, and all other catering necessities like dinnerware, glassware, and linens.

Q: How soon in advance should I book a caterer?
A: It is very important that you book your caterer as soon as you can. We recommend 6-12 months before your event. That said, if your in a time crunch, don’t hesitate to call!

Q: Does Mintáhoe use local products?
A: Yes! We prioritize local products when available and cost-efficient to our clients.

Q: Is a full bar available with offsite catering?
A: Yes, Mintáhoe has a full liquor license, but some venues may have restrictions.

Q: When will I need to finalize my menu and final guest count?
A: Two weeks (14 days) before your event.

Q: What other costs are associated with catering?
A: There is a 20% house fee along with applicable taxes and possibly a delivery charge.
