Mintáhoe’s family of businesses currently includes Apples Catering , Perfect Host Catering ,Picnics Plus! , Professional Foodservice , Mintáhoe Beverage Services , Twin City Casinos & Entertainment and Catersource Magazine, Conference and Tradeshow. Mintáhoe also manages and operates catering and event services for Nicollet Island Pavilion, Minneapolis Central Library, Minnesota Boat Club, the Château at Medicine Lake, Saint Croix National Golf & Event Center and serves as the exclusive caterer aboard the Padelford Riverboats and exclusive beverage service provider at the James J. Hill Reference Library.
